Amanda Jean Haynes

Amanda Jean (Adkins) Haynes, age 36, passed away at her home in Henderson on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014. She was born August 18, 1977 in Bartow, Florida the daughter of the late Walter Martin and the late Wanda Sue (Penn) Adkins. At a young age, her family moved to Berrien Springs, MI, where she grew up and spent most of her life. She met Johnny Haynes in 2000 and they were married on December 8, 2006 then they moved to Henderson in 2007. She loved her children and spent her life taking care of them. She also enjoyed listening to music and decorating her home.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Haynes of Henderson; two daughters Santana and Samara Adkins; two sons William and Anthony Adkins; three brothers Walter Martin Adkins, Jr. and wife Heather of Howe, IN, Holley Penn Jr. and wife Alma of Three Rivers, MI, and Joshua Matthew Penn of Howe, IN.
