Ann Matlock Vandiver

Ann Matlock Vandiver was born January 25, 1959 in Selmer, TN the daughter of the late Harold Tucker Matlock and Nancy Jo Gann Carroll.

She was united in marriage to Ronnie Vandiver on September 18, 1975. Mr. Vandiver preceded her in death on May 15, 2014.

Mrs. Vandiver worked as a cashier for 25 years and 10 years as a front desk clerk. She was always smiling, kind, generous, and loving to all people. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Due to her declining health, she stay connected with friends through social media and frequented the yard sale sites on Facebook.

Mrs. Vandiver departed this life on April 22, 2018 in Finger, Tennessee at the age of 59 Years, 2 Months, 28 Days. She is survived by two daughters, Teresa Wilson and companion Kevin Wheeler of Henderson, TN, Christy Vandiver of Henderson, TN; a son, Ronald Vandiver of Finger, TN; a special brother who was more like a son, Shane Carroll and wife Barbara of Finger, TN; ten grandchildren, Corey Wilson, Marrissa Wheeler, Chelsea Wilson, Makayla Pickett, Cameron Vandiver, Dalton Vandiver, Harley Vandiver, Katlyn Barton, Blake Carroll, Casey Carroll; a great-grandchild, Kyle Barton; two uncles, Robert Gann and wife, Alice, Bill Gann and wife, Edith; three aunts, Virginia Dixon, Louise Miller, and Pat Cates; and a host of extended family and friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Vandiver was preceded in death by a brother, Junior Matlock; stepfather, Truman Carroll.
