Annie Howard Mullins

Annie Howard Mullins was born October 18, 1955 in Indiana, the daughter of the late Witt and Nellie Howard. She was united in marriage to Ralph Mullins on October 2, 1986. Mr. Mullins preceded her in death on November 7, 2009. Annie departed this life on May 26, 2015 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 59 Years, 7 Months, 8 Days.

She is survived by her children: Nickie Howard and wife Amy of Savannah, TN, Jason Howard of Corinth, MS, Jeffrey Howard and wife Heather of Bethel Springs, TN, and Deanna Mullins of Bethel Springs, TN; her silbings: Stella Day of IN, Bobby Gene Howard of IN and William Howard of NC; her sixteen grandchildren: Amber Powell, River Howard, Breanna Howard, Angela Mullins, Devin Howard, Nichloas Howard, Distiny Howard, Cayden Mullins, Caylop Mullins, Shianna Howard, Dawton Davis, Dray Howard, Corey Howard, Caley Mullins, Austin Howard and Mason Howard; and a grt-grandchild, Lakelyn Howard.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Mullins was preceded in death by a sister, Reva Howard; two brothers, Jackie and Buddy Howard.
