Beverly Gail Howell

Beverly Gail Howell was born November 19, 1955 in Selmer, TN, the daughter of Jo Edna Smith Howell and the late Raymond Earl Howell.

She graduated from Bolivar High School in 1973, UT Knoxville in 1977 and UT Law School in 1997. Her practice was in Maryville, TN before she retired. Gail had also served our country proudly in the US Army as an Army Specialist 4th Class, with badges for M-16 rifle sharpshooter and hand grenade sharpshooter. She departed this life on June 21, 2017 in Knoxville, Tennessee at the age of 61 Years, 7 Months, 2 Days.

She is survived by a son, Jeremy Howell of Knoxville, TN; a daughter, Beth Pyle of Johnson City, TN; her mother, Jo Edna Smith Howell; a sister, Patricia Baker and husband Jimmy; niece, Lindsey Wilkerson and husband Chris; nephew, Baker Wilkerson all of Hornsby, TN; and a family friend, Fred Head.

In addition to her father, Gail was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Joyce Watson and a brother, Jimmy Dale Howell.
