Billy Wayne Forsyth departed this life on November 30, 2014 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 71 Years, 1 Month, 16 Days. He was born October 14, 1943 in Memphis, TN the son of Wilson Forsyth of Adamsville, TN and the late Mary B. Smith Forsyth.

He was united in marriage to Shirley Julian on May 10, 1976. He was a former Truck Driver and a Baptist in belief.

He is survived by his wife Shirley Forsyth of Selmer, TN; six daughters, Tracey Chenault of Selmer, TN, Christy Rolison of Selmer, TN, Tressa Duke of Selmer, TN, Lisa Forsyth of Selmer, TN, Vickie James of Selmer, TN, Sandy Graham of Selmer, TN; his father, Wilson Forsyth of Adamsville, TN; two sisters, Nellie Carter of Adamsville, TN, Rita Plaxico of Corinth, MS; 20 Grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren; a step-brother, Donald Forsyth of Selmer, TN and a host of extended family and friends.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Forsyth was preceded in death by two daughters, Ramona Forsyth, Cheryl Howell; a brother, Ralph Forsyth.
