CARL GENE INGLE
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on December 23, 1933 the son of the late Ulva Carl Ingle and Lizzie Allison Ingle.
Mr. Ingle worked in janitorial services for Bruce Stevens Garage. He also had worked at Hardin County Courthouse, Savannah Theater and the drive in for 20 years and was manager of Clifton Theater from 1955 to 1956. Mr. Ingle was a fun loving storyteller, who loved to sing songs and make everyone laugh.
He departed this life on September 21, 2014 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 80 years, 8 months and 29 days.
Mr. Ingle is survived by his son, Nick Ingle of Savannah, Tennessee
one grandson, Colton Ingle of Savannah, Tennessee
one brother, Gerald Ingle and his wife Patty of Savannah, Tennessee
two sisters, Glenna Ford and Patsy Qualls, both of Savannah, Tennessee
one step brother, James Stricklin of Memphis, Tennessee
Mr. Ingle is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, a special companion, Martha Franks and a host of family and friends
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one daughter, Jessica Ingle and his step mother, Mary Dixie Ingle.
