Carolyn Marbry was born January 14, 1943 in McNairy County, TN the daughter of the late Walter and Allie Williams Miller.
She was united in marriage to Woodrow Marbry on November 14, 1964.
Mrs. Marbry worked as a beautician for over 15 years. Her love of crafts led her to opening Carol's Crafts and Things. She was a good cook, enjoyed gospel singings and gospel stations.
Mrs. Marbry departed this life on July 28, 2017 in Finger, Tennessee at the age of 74 Years, 6 Months, 14 Days. She is survived by her husband, Woodrow Marbry of Finger, TN; three sons, Billy Smith of Finger, TN, Tim Marbry and wife Charlotte of Savannah, TN, Terry Marbry and wife Jenny of Selmer, TN; eight grandchildren, Carolyn Williams and husband Richard, Sasha Mattison and husband Joseph, Dewayne Marbry and wife Leigh, Chassity Marbry, Trenton Marbry, Brianna Marbry, Hannah Marbry, and Toni Whitten; seven great grandchildren, Sean Marbry, Kallie Williams, Wyatt Mattison, Maggie Marbry, Richard Williams Jr., Noah Brown, and Anna Marbry; nieces, Mary Witt of Memphis, TN, Patsy Brasfield of Georgia, and Gail Watson of Tupelo, MS; lifelong friend, Peggy Cartwright and husband Larry of Bethel Springs, TN; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Marbry was preceded in death by four sisters, Addie Kirk, Nona Miller, Mary Neil Hurst, Ima Jo Miller; niece, Dianna Willis; nephew, Michael Hurst.
