Cecil Walter Bryant of Collinwood, TN was born March 7, 1950 in Logan, WV, the son of the late Russell and Edith Marcum Bryant. He was united in marriage to Sharriel Ann Warwick on November 30, 1971.
Mr. Bryant retired lumber stacker for Greenway Lumber and departed this life on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Wayne Medical Center, Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 64 Years, 9 Months, 28 Days.
He is survived by his wife, Sharriel (Sherry) Bryant of Collinwood, TN; sons, Cecil Lee Bryant and wife, Kathy of Collinwood, TN, Walter Lee Bryant and wife, Teresa of Princeton, LA, Lucas Bryant of Collinwood, TN; daughters, Diane Holland of Thompsonville, MI, Charlene Caudell and husband, Ted of Savannah, TN, Theresa Arnold of Thompsonville, MI; grandchildren, Jimmy Wayne, Adam, Sheila, Crystal, Pamela, Rocky, Dawson, Brady, Austin, Hunter, Preston and Lucas; great-grandchildren, Carson, Bailey, Elizabeth and Michael; brothers, Eddie Dean Bryant and wife, June of Champmansville, WV, Jimearl Bryant and wife, Gracie of Champmansville, WV, Harrison Bryant and wife, Lil of Detroit, MI, Darrell Bryant and wife, Liz of Detroit, MI, Johnny Bryant and wife, Mary of Savannah, TN; sisters, Judy Copeland of Collinwood, TN, Kim Messer and Emma Jean Marcum both of Kermit, WV; mother-in-law, Ruby Warwick of Gainesville, FL; sisters-in-law, Margaret Bryant of Collinwood, TN, Edna Marcum and Emma Crum both of Dinges, WV and Lucy Bryant of Champmansville, WV; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Bryant was preceded in death by a grandson, Damian Bryant; brothers, Charlie, Roger Lee, Delbert and Doug Bryant; father-in-law, Charles Warwick; brothers-in-law, Donnie Copeland and Paul Messer.
Services will be Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Cromwell Crossroads Church, Collinwood, Tennessee, with John Hodum officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Pallbearers will be Walter Lee, Cecil Lee, Lucas, Doug, Jr., Jimmy, Jr. and Eddie Bryant, Rocky and Ted Caudell.
