Chester (Bo) Wayne Ray departed this life on Sunday, March 2, 2014, at the age of 57 years, 5 months, 18 days.
He was born in Houston, Texas on September 12, 1956, the son of the late Tom Wilson and Lillie Bell Morgan Ray. Chester was formerly from Waterloo, Alabama and had numerous friends there. He was a client of Hardin County Skilled Center and had many friends he loved there. He had also been a client of Hopehaven of Tuscumbia, Alabama for many years. Chester worked at Right Track Restaurant, McDonald's, and Wal-Mart.
Chester was a loving person who enjoyed bowling, music and dancing. He loved his family and friends and never met a stranger. He will be missed by many.
He is survived by his sisters, Martha Lou Cox of Savannah, Tennessee, Vina Irons and her husband Roland of Town Creek, Alabama, Barbara Terry of Florence, Alabama; brothers, Rickie Ray and wife Janis of Hernando, Mississippi, Billy Ray of Waterloo, Alabama; sister-in-law, Sue Ray of Savannah, Tennessee; numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Leonard W., Tommie Armon, and Larry Lee Ray.
Chester was one of God's special angels and we will miss him forever.
