David Wayne Allen of Waynesboro was born June 1, 1974 in Florence, AL the son of Lillie Jean Heard Allen and the late Wayne Allen. He died Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 40 Years, 1 Month, 14 Days.
He was presently disabled but was a former construction worker.
He is survived by his wife Amanda Harrell Allen, a son Logan Wayne Allen, and a daughter, Kasey Michelle Allen all of Waynesboro, TN, his mother Lillie Heard Allen of Waynesboro, TN, and his grandmother, Ruth Cummins Heard of Waynesboro, TN. In addition to his father, Mr. Allen was preceded in death by a sister, Tina Allen Templeton.
He was cremated. Shackelford Funeral Directors is assisting the family.
