DONALD ANGOTTI
was born in Upper Wirth, Arkansas on January 19, 1934 the son of the late Stephan and Era B. Roscoe Angotti.
Mr. Angotti retired from Aqua Glass where he worked as an Engineer in the Research and Development Department. He also was machine shop instructor for Vocational School at Crump. Mr. Angotti was a member of the Savannah Masonic Lodge 102. He was a well respected man in the community, loved to teach anyone how to fix things. Mr. Angotti was an inventor, mechanist, mechanic, welder and he built several unique homes, one on stilts, one "envelope" house and geodesic dome from stainless . He loved to restore antique vehicles and built a car which was titled as "Angotti" model. Mr. Angotti loved his family and lived his life with a steady acceptance when storms came his way.
He departed this life on February 8, 2014 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 80 years and 20 days.
Mr. Angotti is survived by his children, Donna Broyles and Jason Angotti, both of Crump, Tennessee, Andrew Angotti of Halls, Tennessee and Anthony Angotti of Whiteville, Tennessee
six grandchildren, Allison Mathis, Rebekah Jowers, Jonathan Broyles, Selina Angotti, Caleb Angotti and Lucas Angotti
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by four sisters, Thelma Murphy, Bertha Merrick, Lillie Angotti and Edna Jo Bilkey and three brothers, Thad, Finis and Ronald Angotti
