DONALD F. BUXTON, SR.
was born in Polk City, Florida on June 17, 1947 the son of the late Donald H. and Rachel L. Roberts Buxton.
Donald served his country in the United States Navy and in the Florida National Guard. He moved from Florida in April of 1994. Donald was an avid member of the NRA. He was a certified gunsmith and machinist. Donald enjoyed teaching and educating about gun safety and use. He believed that everyone should stay informed about current events and believed in the constitution and the rights of each individual. Donald loved animals, especially cats. In his spare time you would see him watching action movies. Donald was a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church.
He departed this life on March 3, 2018 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 70 years, 8 months and 14 days.
Donald is survived by his children, Daniel J. Buxton of Savannah, Tennessee, Donald Frank Buxton, Jr. and Michelle Buxton.

2 nieces, Heather Buxton and Ashley Buxton and two nephews, Dustin Buxton and Sean Buxton
In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by one nephew, Calvin Buxton.
