DOROTHY LOUISE BANKS ALEXANDER

was born in Savannah, Tennessee on July 16, 1935 the daughter of the late Harvey Russell and Mary Sue Hollins Banks.

Ms. Alexander was a retired cook from Decatur County Manor. She was a member of Living Water Pentecostal Church in Scotts Hill, Tennessee.

Ms. Alexander departed this life on April 22, 2014 in Parsons, Tennessee at the age of 78 years, 9 months and 6 days.

She is survived by her children, Michael Ancle Franks and his wife Marsha of Saltillo, Tennessee, Sharon Diane Rogers and her husband Jeff of Sardis, Tennessee and Kristi Nicole Ison and her husband Christopher of Henderson, Tennessee

9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren

two sisters, Jimmie Lois Allegood of Savannah, Tennessee and Reba Kaye Ralph of Bartlett, Tennessee

two brothers, Danny Banks of Collierville, Tennessee and Donnie Banks of Linden, Tennessee

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one son, Timothy Darryl Franks, one brother, David Banks and one sister, Teresa Jane Wilkerson
