Mrs. Eva Louise Doyle, age 77 of Bolivar, TN, passed away Thursday morning, August 24, 2017, at Methodist Le Bonheur Hospital in Germantown
The daughter of the Helen Baker Stanley and the late Robert Hence Stanley, she was born in Bolivar and lived her whole life here. She married Mr. Billy Forrest Doyle on August 14, 1958. Mrs. Doyle was a stay home mom that cooked 3 home cooked meals a day. She had an influence on several local children by being their teacher at Bolivar First Baptist Child Enrichment Center.
She loved being a Granny to her grand kids and great-grand kids. She was the "Bestest Granny" to all of them. She loved working outdoors in the yard, planting flowers and watching birds. In the later years of her life, she loved to go camping. Faithful to her church and church family, she loved helping others in church.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Billy F. Doyle of Bolivar; her daughter, Debbie (Allen) Wilson of Bolivar; two sons, Kenny (Angie) Doyle of Bolivar and Stan (Carla) Doyle of Saulsbury; her mother, Helen B. Stanley of Bolivar; three sisters, Sandra Clifton of Ripley, MS, Diane (Johnny Ray) Anthony of Bolivar and Connie (Mark) Cooper of Middleton; her brother, Robbie (Bobbie) Stanley of Middleton; six grandchildren, Craig (Tara) Wilson, Brian (Tricia) Wilson, Loren (Thomas) Fawcett, Ethan, Madison and Dillon Doyle; one step-grandchild, Ally Sipes; and four great-grandchildren, Lilly and Emma Wilson, Lexi and Talan Goodman.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, James Allen Stanley; two sisters, Joan Stanley and Janice Phillips; her paternal grandparents, Beecher and Ella Stanley; and her maternal grandparents, Rev. Allie and Eva Baker.
