Faye D. Moore Amerson

Faye D. Moore Amerson was 88 years old when she died on June 13, 2013, at her residence in Austin, Texas.

She was born in Adamsville, Tennessee on August 7, 1924. Faye graduated Adamsville High School in 1943 and married William Hurley Amerson that same year, in Corinth Mississippi. Faye and her husband left Tennessee in the fall of 1948 and moved to Kansas where they lived and raised three children. She then moved from Kansas to Texas where she lived approximately a year before returning to Adamsville, in the fall of 1992. Faye's husband, William Hurley Amerson, passed in 1993, as did her eldest child, Thomas Allen Amerson. Faye remained in Adamsville until the fall of 2010, at which time she moved to Texas to live with her son, Jerry Lee Amerson.

She is survived by two childern, six grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and numerous family and friends.
