Frank D. Lipford

Frank D. Lipford was born November 3, 1943 in McNairy County, TN the son of the late Marvin and Effie B. Wilson Lipford.

Mr. Lipford along with his brothers were musicians and loved playing for crowds all over West Tennessee. He was the drummer and also would sing. Along with his love of music, he enjoyed a good cup of coffee, fishing, gardening, building things, and took great comfort in reading his Bible.
He retired as a residential and commercial painter.

Mr. Lipford departed this life on August 27, 2013 in Finger, Tennessee at the age of 72 Years, 9 Months, 24 Days. He is survived by a daughter, Bridget Gately and husband Allen of Henderson, TN; four grand daughters, Brittany Gately, Bailey Gately, Alyssa Gately, Rilee Gately; two great grand daughters, Kasyn Miller, Karleigh Beth White; a sister, Nellie Williams of Bethel Springs, TN; three brothers, Allen Lipford of Bethel Springs, TN, Bobby Lipford and wife Paula of Aurora, IL, Don Lipford and wife Gail of Finger, TN; host of extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Lipford was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Phillips; six brothers, Arnold (Buck) Lipford, James Lipford, Preston Lipford, Raymond Lipford, Billy Lipford, Everett Lipford.
