Franklin D. Pevahouse

Mr. Franklin D. (Pud) Pevahouse departed this life on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 72 Years, 9 Months, 9 Days. He was born January 13, 1941 in Clifton, TN the son of the late Henry Allen and Delia Mae McDonald Pevahouse. In addition to his parents, Mr. Pevahouse was preceded in death by a son, Darrin Pevahouse; brothers, Carl Pevahouse Jr., Bobby Pevahouse, Malcon Pevahouse; sisters, Ruth Pevahouse, Inez Kiddy Burton.

He was united in marriage to Oda Mae Prater on November 27, 1962.

Mr. Pevahouse was a retired Pilot with Tennessee Valley Towing .

He is survived by his wife Oda Mae (Prater) Pevahouse ; son, Mark Pevahouse and wife Mia ; daughter, Melissa Pevahouse; grandchildren; Haley; Hanna and Hunter; great grandchild; Paxton.
brothers, Ronald (Pete) Pevahouse ; Tommy Pevahouse and wife Debbie ; sisters, Peggy Alley; Wanda (Lucy) Pevahouse and husband Roy all of Clifton, TN, special sister in laws; Betty (Prater) Frazier of Waynesboro, TN, Carolyn Gordon Pevahouse of Savannah, TN, Florine Pevahouse Eddington and Debbie Pevahose both of Clifton, TN;

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2013 ; 1:00 pm at Prater's Chapel Cemetery in Clifton, Tennessee with Jimmy Pearcy officiating. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be on Friday, Oct. 25, 6:00-9:00 pm Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro
