FRED HATCHER
was born in California on July 27, 1946. Mr. Hatcher departed this life on January 18, 2015 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 68 years, 5 months and 22 days.
Mr. Hatcher served his country in the United States Marines during the Vietnam War and received the Silver Star Medal, Bronze Star Medal and a Purple Heart Medal. He later went to work for Boeing Aircraft and retired after 30 years. Mr. Hatcher played a role as a Senator for Military Reenactments, which he was a member of the 30th Mississippi Reenactment Group, Freeman's Battery and McClungs Battery. He was a military history enthusiast particularly Civil War and World War II and he actively participated in many reenactments. Mr. Hatcher was of the Episcopal Faith and he taught Sunday School.
