Gene McClaine

Gene McClaine departed this life on November 11, 2014 at the Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 74 Years, 5 Months, and 22 Days. He was born on May 20, 1940, the son of the late Joe and Eva McClaine.

Mr. McClaine was employed as a Farmer and owned his own plumbing business on the side. He was a believer of the Pentecostal faith. In his lifetime he lived in both Savannah, Tennessee and Sikeston, Missouri. Also, his favorite pastime was fishing.

Gene is survived by three daughters, Sherry Johns of Somerville, Alabama, Pamela McMillen of Savannah, Tennessee, and Glenda James of Lexington, Tennessee; one sister, Betty Cawhorn of Sikeston, Missouri; six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, J.C. McClaine and Bert McClaine.
