Glenn M. Norwood

Glenn M. (Sonny) Norwood was born August 20, 1940 in Crump, TN the son of the late Lloyd and Mary Hannah Bolton Norwood. He was united in marriage to Annie Sue Perry on April 6, 1963. Mrs. Norwood preceded him in death on September 11, 2014.

Mr. Norwood served his country honorably in the United States Air Force and worked in the used car industry. Mr. Norwood's favorite pastime was working in his yard. He was a member of the Adamsville Church of Christ.

Mr. Norwood departed this life on March 12, 2015 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 74 Years, 6 Months, 20 Days. He is survived by a daughter, Lisa Shambeau and husband Dwayne of Selmer, TN; two grandchildren, Adam Shambeau, and Cassidy Shambeau both of Selmer TN; two sisters, Johnnie Sparks and husband Jessie of Memphis, TN, and Elloise Massengill of Memphis, TN.

In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Norwood was preceded in death by a daughter, Sonia Norwood; and a sister, Emily Ruth Cude.
