Hazel Drinkard Mullen

Hazel Drinkard Mullen was born April 19, 1929 in Bethel Springs, TN the daughter of the late Porter and Ruby Miller Smallwood.

She was united in marriage to Fred Mullen on July 11, 1991.

Mrs. Mullen retired after 28 years at Brown Shoe Company. She was a member of the Buena Vista Methodist Church.

Mrs. Mullen departed this life on October 17, 2017 in Bethel Springs, Tennessee at the age of 88 Years, 5 Months, 28 Days. She is survived by her husband, Fred Mullen of Bethel Springs, TN; a son, Randy Drinkard and wife Amy of Selmer, TN; two grandchildren, Spencer Drinkard and wife Alicia of Eastview, and Darby Drinkard of Selmer; two great grandchildren, Madi Beth and Maelynn Drinkard.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mullen was preceded in death by a son, Porter Drinkard; two sisters, Sue Horton and Dot Sebring.
