James Joseph Crader

James Joseph (Jim) Crader of Collinwood, TN was born March 8, 1964 in Florence, AL, the son of Gary Crader of Florence, AL and the late Betty Jo Dickey Howard. He was united in marriage to Kerry Ellen Brewer on September 13, 1986.

Mr. Crader was a technician with Thompson Astrotops and was a member of the Cornerstone Church in Collinwood, Tennessee.

Mr. Crader departed this life on October 2, 2013 at E. C. M. Hospital in Florence, Alabama at the age of 49 Years, 6 Months, 24 Days.

Other than his father, he is survived by his wife, Kerry Ellen Brewer Crader; a son, James Joseph (Joey) Crader II; a daughter, Kallie Elizabeth Crader Painter and husband, Billy all of Collinwood, TN; a sister, Kandee Lynn Howard Ayers and husband, Bronson; a grandchild, Brentlee Clay Painter; brothers-in-law, Jerry Brewer and Daniel James; sisters-in-law, Jennifer Brewer james, Tina Brewer Smith, and Mishell Brewer; nephews, Mathew Pulley, Jacoby Brewer and wife, Kelly, Kristian Howard, Kameron Howard, Trey Fink, Donaven Brewer, Teryn James; nieces, Brandy Rodrigues, Chesney Lowery, Brianna Warren, Hailey Brewer.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Crader was preceded in death by his grandmother, Orene Berry Dickey.

Services will be Friday, October 4, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Cornerstone Church in Collinwood, Tennessee, with John Hodum officiating. Burial will follow in the McGlamery Cemetery, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Pallbearers will be Billy Painter, Daniel James, Jacoby Brewer, Jerry Brewer, Trey Fink, Bronson Ayers, Kameron Howard, and Kristain Howard.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 6 pm to 9 pm and Friday, October 4, 2013 from 8 am to service time at Cornerstone Church, Collinwood, TN.
