James Doyle Odle

Mr. James Doyle Odle departed this life on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 67 Years. He was born April 8, 1948 in Collinwood, TN the son of Willodean Franklin Odle and the late Henry Odle.

Mr. Odle was retired from Mueller Gas as a machine operator and had worked at Murray Ohio Manufacturing .

He is survived by daughters, Kim D. Sherrill and husband, Rickey, Collinwood, TN and Maggie Odle, Waynesboro, TN; grandsons, James Nicholas Sherrill and Gregory Neal Sherrill and wife, Christy; great-grandson, Wyatt Neal Sherrill; mother, Willodean Franklin Odle, Collinwood,TN; brothers, Paul Elbert Odle, Collinwood, TN and Jerry Odle, Olive Hill, TN; sister, Wanda Kay Thompson, Collinwood, TN; 2 nieces and 5 nephews.

Services will be Friday, April 10, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Casey Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Copeland Cemetery, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Robbins, Dwight Rich, Terry Skelton, Harold D. Rich, John Lynch and Dan Kelley.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 5:00-9:00 pm and Friday, April 10th, 2015 from 8:00 am until service time at the funeral home.
