James Worthington departed this life on Saturday, January 11, 2014, at the age of 64 years, 3 months, 24 days.
He was born in Lexington, Kentucky on September 18, 1949, the son of the late Robert Drake II and Anna Frances Chambers Worthington. James was very studious and enjoyed writing. He was a member of the Savannah Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
James is survived by his sisters, Mary Sue Caywood of Lexington, Kentucky, Betty Jo Lilly of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, and Frances D' Andrea of Lexington, Kentucky; brother, John Graves "Jack" Worthington of Savannah, Tennessee; niece, Angela LeMay of Lexington, Kentucky; nephews, Duane Tunstill of Frankford, Kentucky and Matthew Smoot of Lexington, Kentucky; special friends, Jim and Monica Taylor of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Ann Worthington, and brother, Robert Drake Worthington, III.
