Jerry Hissong

Jerry Hissong was born February 24, 1940 in Memphis, TN the son of the late Henry and Katherine Bouldiene Hissong.

He was united in marriage to Martha Lee Smith on August 9, 1990. Mrs. Hissong preceded him in death on May 20, 2011.

Mr. Hissong worked as a hardware salesman and in the Water Treatment Department for the City of Adamsville. He was an avid fisherman and gardener.

Mr. Hissong departed this life on June 1, 2015 in Cordova, Tennessee at the age of 75 Years, 3 Months, 11 Days. He is survived by two daughters, Karen Foster and husband Steve of Germantown, TN, Jennifer Dickerson and husband Tim of Smithville, MS; brother, Wayne Hissong, and twin brother, Gene Hissong; four grandchildren, Micah Hissong, Katrina Dickerson, Makaela Dickerson, and Avery Foster.

In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Hissong was preceded in death by a son, Tim Hissong; a brother, Edward Hissong.
