Joyce Marie Herman Sutton was born December 11, 1946 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John "Bud" Herman and Rebecca Jacobs Herman and her identical twin sister, Judy Fargo and brother, Jim Graves.
Mrs. Sutton lived in Auburndale, Florida for fifty years before moving to Hardin County, where she lived for 10 years. She was a homemaker, who served, at one time, as the president of the Parents' and Teachers' Association of Auburndale, Florida. She was a member of the Robertson Chapel United Methodist Church in Savannah, Tennessee and was a member of the Choir and the United Methodist Women. She loved taking care of her family, working alongside her church family, and canning fruits and vegetables.
Mrs. Sutton departed this life March 29, 2014, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 67 years, 3 months and 18 days.
She is survived by her husband of forty eight years, Joseph Woodrow Sutton, of Savannah, Tennessee, originally from Auburndale, Florida. Her children, Barbara and (Kevin) Orr, residing in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee and Lonny "Sport" Sutton, residing in Auburndale, Florida; grandchildren, Gary and (Traci) Orr, Kayci and (Jordan) Crane, Jessica and (Jerry) Paul, and Kaley and Christopher Sutton.
