Private services will be held at a later date for Juanita Gaither, age 85, who passed away Friday morning, November 17, 2017, at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, MS.
She was born in Alton, Madison County, IL, the daughter of the late Raymond and Helen Hittle Petruzza. She moved to California, where she lived in Santa Anna before moving to Middleton, TN in 1967. She was a Catholic in faith and was retired from Harmon Automotive. In her spare time, she loved to read, work in her flower garden, mow her yard, spend time with grandchildren and great-grandchildren and "loved to go down the road".
She leaves behind her daughters, Donna Sparks of Pocahontas, Janet West and Vicky (Alton) Bell, both of Middleton; her sister, Donna Fink of Santo, TX; her brother, Raymond Joseph Petruzza of East Tennessee; and six grandchildren, Jimmy Joe Ervin, LauWanna Blake, Cristina Hays, Barbara Chunn, Amy West and Brian West; 17 great-grandchildren and 20 great-great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Helen Pennington and a brother, Raymond Victor Petruzza.
