Judy Sikes

Judy Sikes passed away Saturday afternoon August 17, 2013 at her home in Pocahontas.

A native of Jackson, she was born Feb. 25, 1949 to Helen Marie Roe Warrington, who preceded her in death and lived all of her life in Hardeman County. She worked accounts receivable for 15 years at Able Cartage in Jackson. She enjoyed her family, playing jokes on them, was full of life all the time and loved to make people happy. Ms. Sikes was a member of Porters Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Sheila Dixon (Dale) and Debbie Doolen (John) both of Pocahontas; two sons, William Wilbanks and Durell Wilbanks (Kara), all of Pocahontas; two sisters, Kathy Dotson and Mary Nell McAlister, both of Humboldt; a brother, Jim Warrington of Humboldt; 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, J. W. Warrington. The family requests memorials be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
