Kathryn Butler Simbeck Kathryn Butler Simbeck of Collinwood was born August 8, 1951 in Waynesboro, Tennessee the daughter of the late Edward Earl Butler and Lina Florence Daniel Butler. Mrs. Simbeck died Friday, April 10, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 63 Years, 8 months, 2 days. Kathryn had worked at Murray Ohio Manufacturing, worked as a day care specialist, and was employed as a cashier at Freds in Waynesboro. She was a member of Butler Grove Baptist Church, however she attended Millrock Freewill Baptist Church. April 12, 1992 she was married to Ken Simbeck who survives of Collinwood, TN, Other survivors are a son, Ben Blalock and his wife Shauna, a daughter, Katrina Whitehead all of Collinwood, 6 grandchildren, Gage Whitehead, Chaley Whitehead, Anna-Catherine Whitehead, Abby Blalock, Bensen Blalock, and Ellie Blalock, two brothers, Kenneth Butler and his wife, Wanda, and Mitchell Butler all of Lawrenceburg, 2 nieces and 2 nephews.

Services will be held Sunday, April 12, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Millrock Freewill Baptist Church in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Tim Hanback and Greg Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in Collinwood Memorial Gardens with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be Saturday, April 11th from 5:30 PM-9:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM until service time at Millrock Baptist Church. Pallbearers are Tim Risner, Austin Risner, Peyton Risner, Kendal Butler, James Daniel, and Junior Daniel.
