Ms. Mansell is survived by her sister, Virginia Plunkett of Savannah, Tennessee; nephews, Scotty Plunkett and Phillip Plunkett; great nieces, Brooks Plunkett, Britany Plunkett, Cassidy Plunkett, Ginny Ann Plunkett, Miranda Gail Plunkett, Harper Woerle, and McKenzie Francis; and great nephews, Elijah Jones, Riley Jones, and Lake Plunket.
No services will be held.
