Lora Imogene Beckham

Lora Beckham, 77, of Mishawaka, IN passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2013, with her family at her bedside, at the Elkhart Hospice House, in Elkhart, IN.

Lora was born on June 7, 1936, to the late Gaston and Lora (White) Webb in Savannah, TN. She was united in marriage to Everett Beckham on May 19, 1956 in Corinth, MS, who survives.

Lora loved to spend to time with her family especially with Mason and Maddox. She was an avid gardner, reader, doodler, crocheter and listening to music. She was an amazing cook and extraordinary woman. Lora retired from Burcliff Industries in 1996 after 25 years of service.

Lora is survived by her son Ricky (Linda) Beckham of Niles, MI.
Lora was a loving and caring grandmother to 3 grandchildren, Nick (Amie) Beckham of Cromwell, IN., Nancy (Ricky) Beckham of Plymouth, IN., Natalie (Chris) Beckham of Bremen, IN and 2 great- grandchildren, Mason and Maddox Beckham of Cromwell, IN. She is also survived by a brother, LG Webb of Savannah, TN., and 3 sisters, Brenda Poore of Nashville, TN., Katherine Stanford of Savannah, TN., and Susie Armstrong of Clarksville, TN.,

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Linda Ruth Webb, Mildred Bowlin, Carolyn Hanna, and one brother Floyd Webb.
