Lydia Muse Dickson was born November 8, 1921 in Chester County, TN the daughter of the late Robert Taylor and Fannie Lee Weaver Muse. She worked at Americana Motel in Jackson for a time. She later was employed by the Jackson Madison County General Hospital in the Housekeeping Dept. She also worked as a cook at the Skylark Restaurant in Henderson, TN. She was a member of the Estes Church of Christ. She departed this life on Tuesday morning December 16, 2014 at the Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 93.
She is survived by a son, Leon Muse of Henderson; two sisters, Shirley Morton of Memphis and Christine Lowery of Kentucky; two grandchildren, Tammy Bryant (Todd) and Scotty Muse; 2 great grandchildren, Lacy Goff (David) and Hunter Freeman and 1 great-great grandchild Brooklyn Goff.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters Azalee Ballard, Willie Sue Richardson, Allene Carnell and Louise Cupples; and three brothers Herman Muse, Edgar Muse and William (Pete) Muse.
