Maude McAfee Edwards

Maude McAfee Edwards was born February 5, 1935 in McNairy County, TN the daughter of the late Nathaniel Egbert and Rosie Dgail Woods McAfee.

She was united in marriage to Hillie Edwards in 1951. Mr. Edwards preceded her in death on March 3, 2010.

She was a homemaker, loved cooking for her family, gardening, attending auctions, listening to gospel music and worship services on the radio. She was Church of Christ and was recently baptized.

Mrs. Edwards departed this life on February 19, 2015 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 80 Years, 14 Days. She is survived by two sons, Danny Edwards and wife Sharon of Michie, TN, Mike Edwards and wife Angie of Mcihie, TN; five grandchildren, Bo Edwards of Savannah, TN, Cody Edwards of Michie, TN, Katlin Edwards, Taleasha Edge of Michie, TN, Todd Edwards of Savannah, TN; four step grandchildren, Randy Sellars, Zach Sellars, Trystal Harville, Tiffany Saenz; eight great grandchildren, Sarah, Emily, Kearsten, Eli, Jaiden, Lillee, Jake and Allanah; 7 step great grandchildren; a brother, Jamie McAfee of Michie, TN; and a host of nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Edwards was preceded in death by four brothers, Guy, Jim, Troy, and John McAfee; three sisters, Zeb Morgan, Lillian Lambert, Ruth Feazell.
