Maysel Lee Baker departed this life on Sunday, April 22, 2018, at the age of 94 years, 11 months, and 23 days. She was born in Savannah, Tennessee on April 30, 1923, the daughter of the late Price and Alta Mae Kiddy Reed. On November 29, 1969, she was united in marriage to Curtis Gleen "Red" Baker, who preceded her in death on December 2, 1998.
Maysel had worked at Brown Shoe Company, as a C.N.A. at Hardin Home, both in Savannah, Tennessee and at UniRoyal in South Bend, Indiana. She was artistic and loved yard sales, antiquing and collecting, working in her garden and planting flowers. Maysel loved everyone, loved to laugh, enjoyed being with others, and loved her Lord Jesus Christ and the life He gave her. She was a member of River of Life Church in Crump, Tennessee.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Tammy Martin O'Dell, Billy Martin, Greg Martin, Kim Weining, and David Termont; eight great grandchildren; sixteen great-great grandchildren; brother, John Henry Reed; and sons-in-law, Bill Martin, Sr. and Don Termont.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, Coy Elvis Pulley; daughters, Mary Lou Pulley Termont and Nanny Sue Pulley Martin; grandchildren, Brian Termont and Michelle Martin Stebbins; sister, Artie May Reed Hubbard; and brother, R.D. Reed, Helen Reed, and Albert Reed.
