MELANIE JO WEBB

Was born in Savannah, Tennessee on May 10, 1948

Miss Webb attended Freed Hardeman College and spent her life in service to others. She worked several years at Hardin County Skills providing care and assistance to the developmentally disabled. Miss Webb was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

She departed this life on July 5, 2014 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 66 years, 1 month and 25 days.

Miss Webb is survived by a brother, Roger Hawley and his wife Wanda of Savannah, Tennessee, two nephews, Paul Hawley and his wife Keri of Savannah, Tennessee and Jeff Hawley of Savannah, Tennessee, one great nephew, Hunter P. Hawley, whom she loved and cared for as her own grandchild.

She is also survived by close friends she considered her chosen family, who will miss her greatly. She wil also be greatly missed by her pet Chihuahua, Gizmo.

Miss Webb was preceded in death by her biological mother, Jo Ann Webb Hawley, her parents, A. L. and Mary Ruth Webb, one sister, Peggie Cutlip and one brother, Kenneth Webb.
