Jacks Creek, TN: Naomi Schultz Lott age 88 passed away August 27, 2013 at the Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born October 10, 1924 in Gatlinburg, TN the daughter of the late Isaac and Minnie Lunsford Schultz. She met and married Harman Lott in Spartanburg, NC in 1943. They moved to Jacks Creek shortly thereafter. She worked for several factories and later worked as a CNA at Western State in Bolivar for twenty years before retiring. She then worked for several years as an esteemed caregiver. She loved taking care of people. She was a member of the Unity Baptist Church. She loved he grandchildren and working word puzzles.
She is survived by a daughter, Phyllis Gale Delk and husband David of Jacks Creek; a grand-daughter, Tena Holder of Jacks Creek; four great grandchildren, Bobby Holder, Lee Holder, Cole Holder and Savannah Liles and two great-great grandchildren, River Holder and Levi Holder and a brother, Boyd Schultz of Seymore, TN.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harmon Lott in 1995, a son, Robert Paul Lott in 1964, a grandson, Chris Liles, a sister, Erma McAllister and three brothers, Clyde Schultz, Julian Schultz and Everett Schultz.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Johnson Chapel with Dr. James Huggins with burial to follow in Unity Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Johnson Chapel 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday.
