Pamela Huitt was born May 17, 1953, in Sturgis, Michigan, the daughter of the late Warren George and Grace Irene Coy Shiplett. On November 11, 1972, she was united in marriage to Tommy Lee Huitt, who survives.
Mrs. Huitt lived in California, Texas, Arkansas, Idaho, Colorado, Georgia, Ohio and Maryland, before moving to Savannah, Tennessee, where she loved living for the past two years. She was employed by Lowe's Home Improvement in Savannah and worked in accounting. She and her husband traveled often and enjoyed family life in general; she also enjoyed horseback riding and raising goats.
Mrs. Huitt departed this life on August 13, 2014, in Adamsville, Tennessee, at the age of 61 years, 2 months and 27 days.
In addition to her husband Tommy of Adamsville, Tennessee, she is survived by two daughters, Tara K. Baker of Visalia, California and Jackie Plesinski of Penrose, Colorado; and one step-son, Chris Huitt of Visalia, California; three grandsons and four granddaughters; one sister, Eva Palmer of Adamsville, Tennessee and one brother, Danny Shiplett of Millington, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Pat Shiplett and Herb Shiplett.
