Patty Burcham was born on November 5, 1947 in Fort Worth, Texas, daughter to the late Rev. Lee Roy (Pat) and Mary Frances Gillis Patterson. She was united in marriage to Clabern Burcham on August 3, 1992, who preceded her in death on November 27, 2004.
She departed this life on March 28, 2015 at the age of 67 years, 4 months, and 23 days.
Patty was employed as an assembler for Connector Castings in Selmer, Tennessee for five years. In her lifetime she also worked for a company called Glenn's, and was the owner and operator of her own beautician service for 14 years. She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church and lived in Hardin County for 22 years.
Mrs. Burcham enjoyed studying the word of God. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Patty is survived by her children, Laura Caldwell and her husband, David, of Savannah, Tennessee, and Rodney Houle and his wife, Deborah, of Clinton Township, Michigan; siblings, Gail Margo of Howell, Michigan, and John Philip Patterson of Westland, Michigan; grandchildren, Nicole Houle, Alicia Houle, Christian Brown, Amelia Caldwell, Hannah Caldwell, and Nathan Caldwell; and great-grandchildren, Riley Houle, Walker Brown, Joslyn Adams, Jacob Lennert, and Baylie Brown.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by one sister, Martha Patterson.
