Peggy Jean (PJ) Lewis departed this life on Saturday, June 21, 2014, at the age of 58 years, 11 months, 20 days.
She was born in Duvall County, Florida on July 1, 1955, the daughter of the late Marion Lamar and Genevie Estelle Crews Sowell. Peggy Jean enjoyed sewing, meeting new people and never met a stranger. She loved her family, especially her grandkids and great grandkids.
She is survived by a daughter Laura Jane Lewis and husband, Chris of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Kimberly Nicole Miller, Ashley Alexandria Creach, Brianna Elizabeth Creach, and Jared Spiller; great grandchildren, Brylee Spiller, Garrett Spiller, Kambria Skelton, and Emerson Dabbs; sisters, Nell Fussell and Elaine Thompson both of Bushnell, Florida; brothers, Teddy Sowell and Lavon Sowell both of Bushnell, Florida.
In addition to her parents, Peggy Jean was preceded in death by her sons, Christopher Lamar Lewis and Jeremy Wayne Lewis; and a brother, Donald Ray Sowell.
