Rachel Banks Franklin

Rachel Banks Franklin was born June 27, 1938 in Henderson, TN the daughter of the late William Harvey and Stella Hathcock Banks. She was united in marriage to Bobby Gene Franklin in November 1956. Mr. Franklin preceded her in death on January 10th, 1997.

Some of her pastimes were crocheting, quilting, being outside working in the flower beds, singing and watching animals.

Mrs. Franklin departed this life on July 13, 2014 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 76 Years, 16 Days. She is survived by three daughters, Barbara Allen Justice of Selmer, TN, Patricia Diane Braham of Milan, TN, Linda Mae Smith of Milan, TN; two sons, John Wallace Franklin of Lavinia, TN, Bobby Gene Franklin Jr. and wife Lisa of Union City, TN; four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Franklin was preceded in death by a son, Terry Eugene Franklin; Three brothers, David Banks, and twin infants Banks.
