Rebecca Elam Surratt was born December 12, 1932 in Stantonville, TN the daughter of the late Kenneth and Lala Carroll Elam. Mrs. Surratt was a bank teller. She was a member of the Stantonville Methodist Church in Stantonville, Tennessee.
Some of her favorite pastimes were reading, working in her flower gardens, and making jewelry.
Mrs. Surratt departed this life on May 23, 2015 in Stantonville, Tennessee at the age of 82 Years, 5 Months, 11 Days.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Surratt) Davis and husband Darrell of Adamsville, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Surratt was preceded in death by her husband Charles Surratt, a daughter, Linda Caroll Surratt; two brothers, Elmo, and Edwin Elam.
