Ruby Graham Atkeison

Mrs. Ruby G. Atkeison, age 101 of Hickory Valley, passed from this life Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at NHC HealthCare in Somerville.
Mrs. Atkeison was born in Somerville October 31, 1912 to the late Albert and Crodie Freddie Para Lee Mary Teresa Tisic Graham and was united in marriage to the late Mr. C. M. Atkeison. She lived all of her life in Fayette and Hardeman Counties and owned a grocery store in Hickory Valley. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Somerville.
Survivors include a daughter, Patty Deming of Hickory Valley; a brother, Morris "Hot" Graham of Somerville; and two sisters, Bonnie Newby of Somerville and Doris Pace of Huntingdon.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Leslie Roberts; a sister, Gladys Graham; and several brothers.
