Steven Blalock

Steven Blalock was born March 11, 1954 in Martinez, California, the son of Dorothy Briggs Hamley who survives of Santa Rosa, California and the late Bobby Gene Blalock, Sr. Mr. Blalock died Monday, September 30, 2013 at his home in Collinwood at the age of 59 Years, 6 Months, 19 Days. He was married to Deborah Robbins July 15, 1996. Mr. Blalock, a machinist, was a member of Machinist Local 65 in Muscle Shoals, AL.

Other than his mother, he is survived by his wife Deborah Robbins Blalock of Collinwood, TN, daughters, Tiffany Blalock of Waverly, TN and Sierra Blalock of Collinwood, TN, stepdaughter, Alisha Creecy of Lawrenceburg, TN, son, Jason Butler of Waynesboro, TN, and stepson, Joey Jones of Collinwood, TN, grandchildren, Tony Butler and Gavin Vetetoe, stepgrandchildren, Ethan Creecy and Amara Jones, a brother, David Blalock of Collinwood, TN, three sisters, Regina Mitchell of Savannah, TN, Connie Sagely of Savannah, TN, and Connie Fredrick of Santa Rosa, CA, In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Gene Blalock and a nephew, Stanley Blalock. His remains were cremated. A memorial visitation will be on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Cromwell Crossroads Church from 1:00-3:00 PM.
