Thomas William Hunsucker

Mr. Thomas William Hunsucker, age 72 of Bolivar, passed away Wednesday evening, December 11, 2013 at Pine Meadows Healthcare in Bolivar.

He was the widower of the late Bonnie Jewell White Hunsucker who died December 24, 2010. They were united in marriage October 10, 1959.

Mr. Hunsucker was a native of Marshall County, MS and grew up in the Moscow, TN area. He had lived in Hardeman County for almost 50 years. He was the son of the late Anderson Beckham Hunsucker and Gladys Idell Rigsby Hunsucker.

He was a member of the Enon Baptist Church near Bolivar where he was a former pastor. He also had worked for several manufactuing companies in the area including Garner Automotive and Master Slack.

Among his survivors are 2 sons, David William Hunsucker, and his wife, Lisa, of Middleton and Phillip Darren Hunsucker, and his wife Jane Anne, of Bolivar; one sister, Betty Thomas of Fayette Co., TN; four brothers, Anderson, Rocky, Ronnie and Terry Hunsucker, all of Fayette Co., TN; and five grandchildren, Benjamin, Gabriel, Priscilla and Laura Hunsucker and Sabrina Williams.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles and McCoy Hunsucker.
