Virgil McFall departed this life on Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at the age of 68 years, 1 month, 25 days. He was born in Waysnesboro, Tennessee on May 20, 1947, the son of the late Hassell Tony and Flora Jane Hinton McFall.
Virgil was a self-employed carpenter and remodeled homes. In addition to Wayne County, he had lived in Hardin County, Tennessee for 21 years and McNairy County, Tennessee for 15 years. He loved painting, drawing, flowers, gardening, working with animals, and building things. He was a member of Johnson's Chapel Baptist Church in Wayne County, Tennessee.
He is survived by his sisters, Ellen Sue Stricklin and husband, Clifford of Savannah, Tennessee, Robbie Nell McFall of Crump, Tennessee, Glenda Steely of Savannah, Tennessee, Nelda June Franks and husband, Irone of Savannah; and a special friend, Ann Henderson of Selmer, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Steely; brothers, Thomas Aaron McFall and Paul McFall.
