William "Tommy" Thomas Gray

William Thomas Gray was born July 3, 1937 in Prentiss County, MS the son of the late Luther Thomas Gray and Lucy Whitaker Gray. Mr. Gray departed this life on January 21, 2015 at his home in Stantonville, Tennessee at the age of 77 Years, 6 Months, 18 Days.

He was united in marriage to Mary V. Stevens on September 14, 1968. He was a Carpet Layer for approximately 40 years. He later went to work at Aqua Glass Corporation in Adamsville, TN where he retired after 15 years of service. He loved his Aqual Glass family very much. Mr. Gray served his country Honorably in the United States Army and was a former member of the Booneville, MS VFW Post. He was a member of Meek's Grove Freewill Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Mary V. Gray of Stantonville, TN; three daughters, Charlotte Davenport of Lawton, OK, Debbie Cummings of Lawton, OK, Lisa Morgan of Ramer, TN; a son, Tony Gray of Stantonville, TN; a sister, Eva Carpenter of Booneville, MS; 13 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Gray was preceded in death by two daughters, Laura Kristen Culver and Gina Lynn Gray.
