Delfie Mae Hines Todd Faulkner of Ethridge, TN was born February 10, 1945 in Wayne County, TN, the daughter of the late Charlie Wesley and Lois Bernaloue Willingham Hines.
She was united in marriage to William Jackson Todd and he preceded her in death on December 6, 2000. She married E. D. Faulkner on June 16, 2006.

Mrs. Faulkner was an insurance agent with Primerica and was a member of the Ethridge Baptist Church in Ethridge, Tennessee. She had worked for Liberty National Insurance Company and had been a school bus driver in both Wayne and Lawrence County.

Mrs. Faulkner departed this life suddenly on Friday, July 20, 2012 at her home at the age of 67 Years, 5 Months, 10 Days.

She is survived by her husband, E. D Faulkner of Ethridge, TN; sons, Mickey Joe Todd and wife, Karen, and William David Todd all of Iron City, TN; daughters, Madonna Gay Todd Cole and husband, Dewayne, of Waynesboro, TN; stepsons, Byron Faulkner and wife, Kerri of Murfreesboro, TN, Scotty Faulkner and wife, Dianne, of Lawrenceburg, TN; step-daughter, Cindy Pharris and husband, Dwaine, of Smyrna, TN; grandchildren, Jacob, Charlie, and Jessica Wallace, Benjamin Cole, Jonathan, Samantha, Desirea, Demetra, and Gabriel Todd, Erica, Hope, and Haley Faulkner, Kaitlin Pharris, Whitney and David Mitchell; a brother, Phillip Elmer Hines of Pikeville, KY; a sister, Lola Daniel of Iron City, TN; nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and first husband, Mrs. Faulkner was preceded in death by a son, Rickey Jack Todd; brothers, Joseph and Thomas Hines; a sister, Elsie Cauldwell.
