Albert William Vail

Albert William Vail of Iron City, TN was born August 9, 1931 in Angola, NY, the son of the late Edward and Caroline Dell-Whehorn Vail. Mr. Vail was a retired engineer with Bethlehem Steel. Hewas a member of the Baptist faith, was a U. S. Army veteran and was a member of the VFW. Mr. Vail had lived in New York and Florida before moving to Tennessee.
Mr. Vail departed this life on Sunday, February 2, 2020 at his home at the age of 88 Years, 5 Months and 24 Days.
He is survived by a daughter, Julie Moore of Collinwood, TN; two sons, Keith Vail of Florence, AL and Kevin Vail and wife, Catie of Grand Rapids, MI; a granddaughter, Ayria Vail of Grand Rapids, MI.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Vail was preceded in death by wives, Lois Grimmer Vail, Carolyn Dimitroff Vail and Katherine Henson Vail, a brother, Spencer Vail and a sister, Carol Vail.
At his request, his remains will be cremated with a memorial service to be scheduled at a later date.
