Allie Wenford Allison

Allie Wenford Allison was born January 15, 1932 in McNairy County, TN the son of the late Millard Fillmore and Mamie Crumby Allison.

Mr. Allison, a pipe liner for 58 years, had worked in 33 states and was member of Pipeliners Local 798. He loved going to church and was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church. He was generous, caring and loved his family. He enjoyed going to Adamsville to play dominoes with his friends.

Mr. Allison departed this life on May 2, 2020 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 88 Years, 3 Months, 17 Days. He is survived by a grandson, James Clay Allison and Clay's mother, Betty Jean May both of Humphreys, MO; a son,Tommy Cox of Selmer, TN; special nieces, Ruth Johnson, Janie Collins, and Patricia Austin; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Allison was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Neal Allison; siblings, William Allison, Myrtle Allison Landreth Wylie Allison, Doshie Allison Smith, and James Allison.
