Ann (Nant Ann) Sweat was born December 31, 1947 in Selmer, TN, the daughter of the late Roy Dee Sweat and Jewel Lee Sweatt Sweat. She was a lifetime member of the Falcon Baptist Church in Selmer, TN. She worked for Brown Shoe Company for 18 years, Aqua Glass for 8 years and retired from Kimberly Clark after 13 years. She loved her church, cooking, camping and Christmas. She was a wonderful cook and was known for her fried pies and chicken dressing. She was affectionately known to everyone as "Nant Ann." Miss Ann departed this life on January 15, 2022 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 74 Years, 15 Days. She is survived by a sister, Jennie Lipford and husband Gary; two brothers, James Roy Sweat (Lisa), Gerry Don Sweat and wife Geraldine; a niece, Jeri Ann Sweat (Joey); four nephews: Milton Nash (Seandee), Michael Nash (Brandie), Jeremy Sweat (Julie), David Sweat (Heather); and several of great nieces, nephews and friends.
